1. Service Cancellation:

  • Clients may cancel bill negotiation services at any time by providing written notice to Cable Tv Phone via email or other forms of written communication.

2. Cancellation Fees:

  • In the event of service cancellation initiated by the Client, a cancellation fee may apply.
  • The cancellation fee is designed to compensate for services rendered up to the point of cancellation and may be a percentage of the expected savings or a fixed fee, as specified in the initial agreement.

3. Timeliness of Cancellation:

  • Clients are encouraged to provide timely notice of cancellation to minimize the impact of cancellation fees.
  •  The effective date of cancellation is determined by the date on which written notice is received by Cable TV phone.

4. Refund of Fees:

  • In the event of service cancellation, any fees already paid by the Client will be refunded after deducting the applicable cancellation fee.
  • Refunds will be processed in the same currency and using the same method as the original payment made by the Client.

5. Termination of Agreement:

  • Service cancellation may lead to the termination of the Bill Negotiation Services Agreement.
  •  The Client remains responsible for the agreed-upon fee for services rendered up to the effective date of cancellation.

6. Refusal of Future Services:

  • Clients who cancel services may be subject to restrictions on future engagements with Cable Tv Phone.
  • Cable Tv Phone reserves the right to refuse to provide bill negotiation services to Clients with a history of cancellations.

7. Amendments to the Cancellation Policy:

  • Cable Tv Phone reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time.
  • Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amended policy.
