Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern the provision of bill negotiation services (the "Services") by Cable TV Phone ("we," "us," or "our") to you ("Client" or "you"). By engaging in our Services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below:

1. Scope of Services:

We will provide bill negotiation services for the bills specified by the Client during the free consultation. The negotiation process includes communicating with service providers, analyzing bills, and securing better terms, rates, and discounts on behalf of the Client.

2. Confidentiality:

We prioritize the confidentiality and security of the Client's personal and financial information. Client data will be handled with the utmost care and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

3. Client Responsibilities:

The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the bills to be negotiated during the free consultation. Timely submission of required documents and information is crucial for the efficient delivery of our Services.

4. Fee Structure:

Our fees are contingent on the savings achieved through the negotiation process. The Client agrees to pay a percentage of the actual savings on the bills as the fee for our Services.

5. Savings Guarantee:

Our commitment is to deliver measurable savings on the bills specified by the Client. If no savings are secured, the Client is not obligated to pay a fee for the Services.

6. Payment Terms:

Invoices/ Receipts for our Services will be issued upon confirmation of savings, detailing the percentage-based fee. Payment is due within [specified number of days] from the date of the invoice.

7. Duration of Agreement:

This Agreement begins upon acceptance by the Client and remains in effect until the completion of the bill negotiation process for the specified bills.

8. Termination:
