BILL NEGOTIATION SERVICES AGREEMENT

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Cable Tv Phone ("Service Provider") and [Client's Full Name] ("Client") collectively referred to as the "Parties."

1. Services:

  • The Service Provider agrees to provide bill negotiation services to the Client as outlined during the initial consultation.
  •  The services include negotiating with relevant service providers to achieve cost savings on specified bills, such as utilities, cable, internet, and insurance.

2. Client Responsibilities:

  • The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information about the bills to be negotiated during the free consultation.
  • Timely submission of required documents and information is crucial for the efficient delivery of the services.

3. Compensation:

  • The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider a fee based on the percentage of the actual savings achieved on the specified bills.
  • Invoices/Receipts will be issued upon confirmation of savings, and payment is due within [specified number of days] from the date of the invoice.

4. Savings Guarantee:

  • The Service Provider guarantees measurable savings on the specified bills; otherwise, the Client is not obligated to pay a fee for the services rendered.

5. Confidentiality:

6. Duration of Agreement:

  • Upon termination, the Client is responsible for the agreed-upon fee for services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Limitation of Liability:

  • To the extent permitted by law, Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.

9. Governing Law:

10. Amendments:
